Dr. Xu graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2005. He has 10-year experience of R&D, product architecture and algorithm. Dr. Xu joined eBay’s infrastructure platform department in 2014 and in charge of product design and development. He is mainly responsible for security platform like eBay RateLimiter.
