Graduated from Jilin University in 1989, he worked in Chinese factories and governmental diplomatic departments, and has been focusing on the exploration and innovation in the field of technology. In 1992, he was a senior system analyst in Singapore Airlines, responsible for the high-concurrency processing of the airline reservation system, and in 1999, he devoted himself to the development of Internet technology in Silicon Valley, and took part in the startup of Silicon Valley Internet companies, and was the director of system integration in Hitachi America, chief architect in Abacus, and chief engineer in Nokia America. He was the Chief Architect of Hitachi, the Chief Architect of Abacus, and the Chief Engineer of Nokia. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Senior Architect of eBay, responsible for the architecture design of mobile technology. With rich overseas experience, many years of architectural experience, and a deep understanding of the impact of the Internet on traditional industries, he joined eBay in 2014, put forward the strategic policy of big, flat, cloud, and live, and successfully led the technical team of eBay to improve and reconstruct the technical management and architectural system of eBay, and accomplished the strategic upgrading.He has served as the Chairman of China Chief Technology Officer Alliance (CTOA) since 2016, and served as the Chairman of China's Internet Technology 100 in 2018, and as the Chairman of China's Internet Technology 100 since 2011, and as a member of China's Internet Technology 100 in 2011. He has been the Chairman of China CTOA since 2016, and the Chairman of China Internet Technology Association since 2018. 2020, he joined the payment business in Japan and started to lead the technology team of NETSTARS. Chen Bin has published "A Book to Read and Understand Payment", "Architecture is the Future", "The Architecture of the Future", "Data is the Future", "Blockchain Apocalypse", and "Python Machine Learning", and is a practitioner and evangelist of the most cutting-edge technology, and is fully committed to promoting Internet technology to lead the industry change.
